CSA phone advisory Client Agreement
J. J. Keller is offering the CSA Phone Advisory Service (CSA Quick Professional Advisory & Support Service) as a 2-hour telephone and/or web consultation with your company. This service is available to companies with fleets of 25 or more DOT-regulated vehicles. For a fee of $395.00, this service includes:
- A scheduled 2-hour telephone conversation in which we provide:
- Immediate guidance to your company regarding any compliance or safety deficiencies, and
- A probing, question and answer discussion with a J. J. Keller Consultant, to better understand your business. The Consultant brings over 20 years of real-world experience and practical insight to fleet management.
- A CSA scorecard, based on your company DOT roadside inspections, which identifies areas of compliance exposure. This will be delivered prior to the scheduled 2-hour telephone and/or web consultation.
After you submit the form below, we will contact you to schedule your Phone Advisory appointment. You can invite up to 5 participants to the telephone and/or web consultation. Prior to the scheduled conference, it is your responsibility to provide your company safety history data from the FMCSA website – click here for instructions to obtain this data.
