You are assigned a Client Service Representative that works with you to manage your account and keep you informed of any compliance deficiencies. If you use Driver Management Online (DMO), or any of our other online applications, you actually monitor your driver records and driver compliance. However, DMO includes alerts that inform you if a compliance action is needed. For example, if your driver qualification files don’t have all of the required documents, DMO will inform you through a home-page alert (or will email you), and you will have to update the file as indicated.
