Compliance Edition
This edition of Encompass is by far the most popular for three reasons:
- It's still very affordable at $6.50 per driver monthly for fleets with 25 or more drivers, or $995 annually for an entire fleet with 25 or less drivers.
- It offers a ton of features to essentially go paperless with fleet DOT compliance
- It's scalable. You can start by organizing compliance and adding EOBRs (and activating
E-Logs) later on, once you've learned the system
Over 1,200 fleets use the Compliance Edition to manage driver and vehicle compliance. The home page of the system provides a host of alerts and reminders to help fleet management keep track of regulatory requirements.
Fleets typically start using the Encompass Compliance Edition by storing fleet records, like driver qualification files, in the system. They then can implement on-board recorders and activate E-Logs at any time. This way, fleet management can get accustomed to the system before having drivers trying to work with new technology like Android™ devices, and figuring out how to use E-Logs.
