Our new, state-of-the-art Client Information Center gives you access to real-time fleet data within seconds. The Center helps eliminate daily e-mail and phone call inquiries regarding fleet information. It's a powerful tool to help you manage your fleet more efficiently ... giving you full visibility of all location equipment from your desktop.
Just go to your J. J. Keller Services homepage to access reports. You can view, sort or download data for your entire fleet of owned or leased vehicles. You can even download data to Excel for easy manipulation. View or search data by unit number, VIN number or plate number.
You receive alerts and reports regarding your compliance on an ongoing basis. You can view the status of soon-to-be-expiring plates and renewed plates, including information regarding registration location. Run standard and semi-customized reports and submit licensing and permitting requests directly to your J. J. Keller Client Services Specialist.
In addition, if you choose to do a portion of your licensing and permitting on your own, the Client Information Center can help you manage both the work you do and the work we do for you ... a single location for all fleet data!
The following reports can be quickly generated:
- Assets List with detailed information including date, year, make, type of vehicle, date of purchase, state plated.
- IRP Miles for submitting IRP plate renewals and annualized miles of travel per vehicle, location or entire fleet.
- IRP Units Out of Compliance vehicles that have not traveled in two or more jurisdictions - July 1 through June 30
Unified Carrier (UCR) requirements became effective on September 10, 2007. The requirements have changed significantly with the 2010 renewal; let J. J. Keller Licensing and Permitting Specialists help interpret the requirements and accurately complete registration for your fleet!
