The basic version of the OSHA Incident Tracker helps subscribers to determine whether an injury or illness is recordable and provides them with step-by-step guidance for capturing incident-related information that will be reported on Forms 300, 301, and 300A. The full version of the OSHA Incident Tracker is up to date with the most current First Report of Injury and other related forms as they are revised by states, or when federal or state recordkeeping requirements change. Single entry enables organizations to enter injury and illness information once for both OSHA Form 300 and workers' comp first report of injury recordkeeping and reporting, while the system collects all information for the employee's state for the First Report of Injury (FROI) form and for the OSHA 300 related forms. Through the full version, subscribers also have access to the J. J. Keller Personal Assistant – direct access to the company’s subject matter experts to receive personal guidance on regulatory questions. The service provides companies with advanced reporting and analysis tools to assist them in evaluating incidents, costs and more.
